Terms of Service

ROOYAI.COM ("Rooyai", "we", "our", or "us") provides cloud VPS hosting, managed n8n automation hosting, AI image generation, LLM API access, OpenRouter credit services, and related cloud infrastructure services on a subscription and credit-based model.

By creating an account and using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety.

• All service payments are due monthly and in advance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All services are digital in nature — no physical delivery is involved.
• Accepted payment methods include Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC), and affiliate points where applicable.
• Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) with approximate USD equivalents for reference.

Customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase under the following conditions:

• The service does not match the specifications or resources as advertised.
• A critical technical failure on our end that remains unresolved for more than 48 hours.

Refund requests must be submitted via email or through our official support channels. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

• Issues caused by the customer's own configuration or misuse of the service.
• Services that have been actively used for more than 7 days.
• Promotional offers, discounted plans, and special deals are non-refundable.
• Credit purchases (image generation credits, LLM API balance, OpenRouter credits) once used.

• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period, unless the cancellation falls within the 7-day refund window.
• Upon cancellation, the service remains accessible until the end of the current paid period.

Rooyai guarantees the highest possible level of service uptime and continuity. Any scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance through our official channels.

In the event of a service outage lasting more than 48 hours, affected customers will receive service credit or a full refund at their discretion.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Engage in any illegal activities or violate any applicable laws.
• Distribute malware, conduct phishing attacks, or perform unauthorized access attempts.
• Generate or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Overload or intentionally disrupt the service infrastructure.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rooyai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
